Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Prohibits the sale of yo-yo waterballs in the State. Provides that a violation is a business offense punishable by a $1,001 fine for each violation. Provides that each sale of a yo-yo waterball is a separate offense.

| AN ACT concerning criminal law.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by adding |
| 5 |
| Section 12-21.7 as follows:
|

| Sec. 12-21.7. Sale of yo-yo waterballs prohibited. |
| 8 |
| (a) It is unlawful to sell a yo-yo waterball in this State. |
| 9 |
| (b) Sentence. A person who sells a yo-yo waterball in this |
| 10 |
| State is guilty of a business offense punishable by a fine of |
| 11 |
| $1,001 for each violation. Each sale of a yo-yo waterball in |
| 12 |
| violation of this Section is a separate violation. |
| 13 |
| (c) Definition. In this Section, "yo-yo waterball" means a |
| 14 |
| water yo-yo or a soft, rubber-like ball that is filled with a |
| 15 |
| liquid and is attached to an elastic cord.
