| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1691

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1691 on page 2, |

| immediately below line 6, by inserting the following: |

| "(c) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory |
| 5 |
| Act of the 94th General Assembly apply to collective bargaining |
| 6 |
| agreements entered into on or after the effective date of this |
| 7 |
| amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly."; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 2, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "upon becoming law" |
| 9 |
| with "on July 1, 2006".
