| AN ACT concerning responsible fatherhood.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Council on Responsible Fatherhood Act is |

| amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

| Sec. 25. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2006
