| Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a |

| certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title, |
3 |
| enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section |
4 |
| containing the land description of the property to be |
5 |
| transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 60 days |
6 |
| after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required |
7 |
| by the Section shall record the certified document in the |
8 |
| Recorder's Office in the county which the land is located. |
9 |
| Section 950. The release of an easement for highway |
10 |
| purposes authorized by Section 10 shall be made subject to the |
11 |
| express condition that any part of the easement that ceases to |
12 |
| be used for public purposes shall revert back to the State of |
13 |
| Illinois, Department of Transportation, without further action |
14 |
| on the part of the State or the Department.
|
15 |
| Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |

| becoming law.".
