    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1324, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

1, as follows:

on page 1, line 9, by deleting ", as determined by the State,";

and

on page 1, by replacing lines 15 through 19 with the following:

    "The General Assembly finds that all individuals,

regardless of the severity of their disability, can be 
10
supported in the community with the proper supports and 
11
services."; and

on page 4, line 13, by deleting "to develop a survey tool"; and

on page 4, line 18, by changing "December 31, 2006" to "June 
14
30, 2006"; and

on page 4, line 31, by changing "June 30, 2007" to "December 
16
31, 2006"; and
 
17
on page 5, line 5, by changing "January 1, 2008" to "July 1, 
18
2007".
