| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1268, AS AMENDED, |

| by replacing subsection (b) of Sec. 5 of Section 5 with the |

| following:

| "(b) Upon 7
2 business days' notice, the contractor and |

| each subcontractor shall make available for inspection the |
| 7 |
| records identified in paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of this |
| 8 |
| Section to the public body
in charge of the project, its |
| 9 |
| officers and agents, and to the Director of Labor
and his |
| 10 |
| deputies and agents. Upon 7
2 business days' notice, the |
| 11 |
| contractor and each subcontractor shall make such records |
| 12 |
| available at all reasonable hours at a location within this |
| 13 |
| State.".
