represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Uniform Partnership Act (1997) is amended by

changing Section 1002 as follows:

The name of a limited liability

partnership must end with "Registered Limited
Liability

Partnership", "Limited Liability Partnership", "R.L.L.P.",

"L.L.P.", "RLLP", or
