SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Parental Participation Pilot Project Fund.  Appropriates $250,000 from the Parental Participation Pilot Project Fund to the State Board of Education for the costs associated with the parental participation pilot project.  Effective July 1, 2005.

$PARENT PARTICIPATION PILOT

 

 

 

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to Parental Participation Pilot Project Fund.  The amount of $250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Parental Participation Pilot Project Fund to the State Board of Education for the costs associated with the parental participation pilot project.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
