    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Aircraft Use Tax Law is amended by changing

Section 10-30 as follows:

    (35 ILCS 157/10-30)

    Sec. 10-30. Determining selling price. For the
the purpose 
8
of assisting
in
determining the validity of the "selling price" 
9
reported on returns filed with
the
Department, the Department 
10
may furnish the following information to persons
with
whom the 
11
Department has contracted for service related to making that

12
determination: the
selling price stated on the return; the 
13
aircraft identification number; the
year, the make,
and the 
14
model name or number of the aircraft; the purchase date; and 
15
the hours
of
operation.
