SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Appropriates $1,250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grant payments under grant agreement No. 02-120581 to the Village of Orland Park for the construction of a police station. Effective July 1, 2005.

$ORLAND PARK POLICE-GRANT

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

  Section 5. The amount of $1,250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grant payments under grant agreement No. 02-120581 to the Village of Orland Park for the construction of a police station.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
