| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 431 as follows:

| on page 15, by replacing lines 5 through 17 with the following: |

| "subsection (a) of this Section, at any pollution control |
| 5 |
| facility where
in which the Agency finds that an emergency |
| 6 |
| condition exists creating an immediate danger to public health |
| 7 |
| or welfare or the environment, the Agency may seal any |
| 8 |
| equipment, vehicle, vessel, aircraft, or other facility |
| 9 |
| contributing to the emergency condition.".
