    AN ACT concerning local government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act

is amended  by changing Section 45 as follows:

    Sec. 45. Report. The board shall, by the end of the
the

District's fiscal
year, submit a financial report to the State

Comptroller.
