| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
3 |
| Representatives learned with sadness of the death of Chester H. |
4 |
| Fluder on November 7, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Fluder was born November 19, 1921 in Chicago; |
6 |
| he was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps; he |
7 |
| graduated from the University of Illinois and worked as an |
8 |
| electrical engineer for Vapor Corporation; and
|
9 |
| WHEREAS, He will be remembered for his selfless dedication |
10 |
| to his own family, the family of his children's friends, and |
11 |
| especially for his years as a driver of the St. Patrick |
12 |
| Academy/Wheeling "bus" service; and
|
13 |
| WHEREAS, He served his church and community with quiet |
14 |
| pride; he will be missed but never forgotten as a kind and |
15 |
| sweet man who was always there to guide and help; and
|
16 |
| WHEREAS, Chester Fluder was the husband of Margaret (nee |
17 |
| Kuzma); the father of Linda Coffey and Mary Papantos; the |
18 |
| grandfather of Kenney (Gwen) Coffey, Kimberly Coffey, Jeremy |
19 |
| Coffey, Jason Coffey, and Matthew and Katie Papantos; the |
20 |
| brother of Eugene (Mickey) Fluder, Stephen (Marge) Fluder, and |
21 |
| Ernest (Carol) Fluder; and the uncle of many; therefore, be it
|
22 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
23 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
24 |
| we mourn the passing of Chester Fluder and extend our sincerest |
25 |
| condolences to his family, friends, and community; and be it |
26 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
28 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
29 |
| sympathy.
