| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives wish to congratulate Freda Neal Williams on the |
| 4 |
| occasion of the celebration of her 85th birthday on September |
| 5 |
| 16, 2005; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Freda Neal Williams was born September 16, 1920, |
| 7 |
| in Osceola, Arkansas, to Luke and Saville Nolan; she was a |
| 8 |
| sibling to two brothers and three sisters; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, She married Dennis Miles Williams and born to this |
| 10 |
| union was a son, Dennis Williams Jr.; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 12 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 13 |
| we extend our heartiest congratulations and best wishes to |
| 14 |
| Freda Neal Williams on the occasion of her 85th birthday and we |
| 15 |
| wish her continued happiness and good health in the future; and |

| be it further
