| WHEREAS, Gregory (Greg) Repetti III began his career at |
3 |
| Silver Cross Hospital in March 1993 and has served as the |
4 |
| Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer since |
5 |
| 1996; after over ten years with the hospital and in the area, |
6 |
| he will be leaving his position and the State of Illinois; and
|
7 |
| WHEREAS, In his role at Silver Cross, he was responsible |
8 |
| for leading a progressive 250-bed community hospital with |
9 |
| 13,000 annual admissions, 1,000 full-time employees, revenues |
10 |
| of $180 million, and operating profits of five percent |
11 |
| annually; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, He is a graduate of Yale University and received |
13 |
| his Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from the Ohio |
14 |
| State University; and
|
15 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Repetti is Past President of the Greater |
16 |
| Philadelphia Health Assembly in Philadelphia, a Diplomat in the |
17 |
| American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the |
18 |
| American Hospital Association; he has been a speaker at the |
19 |
| 2003 and 2004 American College of Healthcare Executives |
20 |
| Congress in Healthcare Management, the 2003 Solucient Client |
21 |
| Conference, and various regional VHA client symposia; and
|
22 |
| WHEREAS, He is also active civically; he is the past |
23 |
| Chairman of the Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, |
24 |
| President of the Board of Trustees of the Joliet Area |
25 |
| Historical Museum, member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Community |
26 |
| Pastoral Council, a Chairman of the Holy Spirit Catholic |
27 |
| Community Building Design Committee, and a Member of the Board |
28 |
| of Trustees for the Yale Club of Chicago; and
|
29 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Repetti and his wife, Angela, are the proud |

| parents of two children; therefore, be it
