| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
3 |
| Representatives were very saddened to learn of the death of |
4 |
| John Miller Cowlishaw, age 43, of Lockport on May 21, 2005; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Cowlishaw was born in Aurora and had been a |
6 |
| resident of Lockport since 1993; and
|
7 |
| WHEREAS, He was a graduate of Naperville Central High |
8 |
| School, North Central College, and Keller Graduate School of |
9 |
| Management of DeVry University; and
|
10 |
| WHEREAS, He was a member of the Illinois Managerial |
11 |
| Accountants, Notary Public and was working to become a |
12 |
| certified management accountant; and
|
13 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his paternal |
14 |
| grandparents, Clarence Cowlishaw and Marie Cowlishaw Bjorn, |
15 |
| and maternal grandparents, Donald and Mildred Miller; and
|
16 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of John Miller Cowlishaw is felt by |
17 |
| all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Jane Green |
18 |
| Cowlishaw; his children, Zachary David, Maxwell Joseph, |
19 |
| Alexandria Christine, and Rachel Elizabeth; his parents, Wayne |
20 |
| and Mary Lou Cowlishaw; and his sisters, Beth (David) McDaniel |
21 |
| and Paula (Andrew) Rader; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
23 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
24 |
| we express our deepest regret at the passing of John Miller |
25 |
| Cowlishaw and extend to his family our most heartfelt |
26 |
| condolences; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
28 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our sincere sorrow |
