| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |

| the Private Sewage Disposal Review Commission must file the |
| 5 |
| report required by House Resolution 1033 of the 93rd General |
| 6 |
| Assembly on or before January 30, 2006, rather than on or |
| 7 |
| before April 1, 2005 (as required by House Resolution 1208 of |
| 8 |
| the 93rd General Assembly); and that upon filing its report the |
| 9 |
| Commission is dissolved.
