| WHEREAS, The National Honor Society members from |

| Richmond-Burton High School District #157 participate each |

| year in a variety of charitable community projects; and

| WHEREAS, Richmond-Burton High School Biology teacher, Mrs. |

| Judy Boisen, has done an outstanding job of motivating the |
7 |
| academically-talented students to use their gifts in works of |
8 |
| charity for the betterment of the community; and
|
9 |
| WHEREAS, The National Honor Society has 43 members and many |
10 |
| of the members have been in the National Honor Society for two |
11 |
| years; they are actively engaged in goal setting, |
12 |
| self-awareness, empathy, and understanding of others, vital |
13 |
| life skills that transcend the classroom; and
|
