| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, At a dinner taking place on Saturday, March 5, |
| 3 |
| 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of The Four Seasons Hotel in |
| 4 |
| Chicago, the Advocate Christ Medical Governing Council will |
| 5 |
| honor William Ruff, M.D., Family Practice, and Eugene Mandrea, |
| 6 |
| M.D., Internal Medicine, Dermatology, for their 40 years of |
| 7 |
| dedicated service and commitment to practicing in their chosen |
| 8 |
| field of medicine; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The citizens of the State of Illinois have |
| 10 |
| benefited greatly from the services of these excellent doctors; |
| 11 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 13 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 14 |
| we join in this celebration and wish to acknowledge and thank |
| 15 |
| these dedicated professionals for their years of service and |
| 16 |
| wish them continuing success; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 |
| presented to the doctors as an expression of our admiration and |
| 19 |
| esteem.
