| "RESOLVED, That those portions of Interstate Routes 270 |

| west, 55 north, 70 east, and 55/70 south that extend a distance |

| of 2 miles from the city of Troy be collectively designated the |

| Paul Simon Freeway; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That the Illinois Department of Transportation |

| is requested to erect at suitable locations, consistent with |
| 10 |
| State rules and federal regulations, appropriate plaques or |
| 11 |
| signs giving notice of these names; and be it further"; and

| on page 2, by replacing lines 25 and 26 with the following: |
