    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $5,329,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purposes of the Job Training and Economic Development Program under Section 605-415 of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
