AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the State Comptroller to pay the elected State officers of the Executive Branch of the State Government, at various rates prescribed by law:

Section 25. The amount of $440,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Comptroller for contingencies in the event that any amounts appropriated in Sections 5 through 20 of this Act are insufficient and other expenses associated with the administration of Sections 5 through 20.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
