Amends the Medical School Matriculant Criminal History Records Check Act. Provides that except for wilful or wanton misconduct, no medical school acting under the provisions of this Act shall be civilly liable to any matriculant for reporting any required information to the Department of State Police.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Medical School Matriculant Criminal History |
5 |
| Records Check Act is amended by changing Section 25 as follows: |

| (110 ILCS 57/25)
|

| Sec. 25. Civil immunity. Except for wilful or wanton |
8 |
| misconduct, no medical school acting under the provisions of |
9 |
| this Act shall be civilly liable to any matriculant for |
10 |
| reporting any required information to the Department of State |
11 |
| Police or for any decision made pursuant to Section 20 of this |
12 |
| Act.
