| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Public Water District Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 3 as follows:
|

| Sec. 3. All courts in this State shall take judicial notice |

| of the

existence of all public water districts organized |
