| AN ACT concerning education.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.40 and 34-18.33 as follows:
|

| Sec. 10-20.40. Evacuation plan; copy to first responders. A |
| 8 |
| school board must provide a copy of each school's emergency |
| 9 |
| evacuation plan for children with disabilities to all first |
| 10 |
| responders, as defined in Section 3.60 of the Emergency Medical |
| 11 |
| Services (EMS) Systems Act, who serve the school district.

Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the |

| implementation of
any mandate created by this amendatory Act of |
| 24 |
| the 94th General Assembly.
