SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

 Makes appropriations from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System and the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for the State’s contribution. Effective July, 1, 2006.

$SURS/HEALTH INS. SECURITY FND

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $252,064,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities  Retirement  System  for  the  State's contribution, as provided by law.

 

    Section 10.  The sum of $3,706,728, or so much thereof as may  be  necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for the State's  contribution, as required by law.

 

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
