Appropriates $400,000 to the Addison Creek Restoration Commission for flood control improvements.  Effective July 1, 2006.

$ADDISON CREEK RESTORATION

    AN ACT making an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $400,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Addison Creek Restoration Commission for flood control improvements along the portion of Addison Creek that floods through west suburban Cook County.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
