AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $500,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Addison Creek Restoration Commission pursuant to Section 15 of the Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
