BALANCED BUDGET NOTE ACT MAY APPLY

$AG- CONSERVATION PRACTICES

    AN ACT concerning an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. In addition to any and all other amounts appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for fiscal year 2005, the amount of $2,612,500, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Conservation 2000 Projects Fund for use by the Department of Agriculture for the Conservation Practices Program.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
