SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 		













210 ILCS 135/12 new










    Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and
Certification Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a statewide toll-free telephone hotline for providing information and support to community mental health or developmental services agencies in connection with the operation of community-integrated living arrangements. Effective immediately.

    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements 
5
Licensure and
Certification Act is amended  by adding Section 12 
6
as follows:

    (210 ILCS 135/12  new)

    Sec. 12. Telephone hotline. The Department shall establish 
9
a statewide toll-free telephone hotline for providing 
10
information and support to community mental health or 
11
developmental services agencies in connection with the 
12
operation of community-integrated living arrangements.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
14
becoming law.
