50% tuition waivers for

by any one or by more than | ||||||

"Domestic partner" means 2 individuals of the | ||||||

together in a long-term relationship | ||||||
34 | of indefinite duration; (2) have
resided together at the same |

27 | until the time as he or she has expended 4 years of | ||||||

applicant in accordance with the | ||||||
