| AN ACT concerning State government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Agriculture Law of the Civil |

| Administrative
Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section |
| 6 |
| 205-16 as follows:
|

| (20 ILCS 205/205-16 new) |

| Sec. 205-16. Public information to farmers on encountering |
| 9 |
| methamphetamine manufacturing sites. The Department of |
| 10 |
| Agriculture shall conduct a public information campaign for |
| 11 |
| farmers on the protocols to be followed when a farmer |
| 12 |
| encounters a suspected site in which methamphetamine is being |
| 13 |
| manufactured.

| 14 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July |
| 15 |
| 1, 2005.
