SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture to conduct a public information campaign for farmers on the protocols to be followed when a farmer encounters a site in which methamphetamine is being manufactured. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $400,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture to conduct a public information campaign for farmers on the protocols to be followed when a farmer encounters a site in which methamphetamine is being manufactured.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
