Reappropriates $25,000 from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of a grant to the Village of Centreville for all costs associated with rebuilding the Community Village Theater. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $25,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2005 from an appropriation heretofore made in Article 6, Section 430 of Public Act 93-587, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of a grant to the Village of Centreville for all costs associated with rebuilding the Community Village Theater.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
