    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Parental Notice of Abortion Act of 1995 is 
5
amended  by changing Section 45 as follows:

    (750 ILCS 70/45)

    Sec. 45. Immunity. Any physician who, in good faith, 
8
provides notice in
accordance with Section 15 or relies on an 
9
exception under
under Section 20
shall not be subject to any 
10
type of civil or criminal liability or discipline
for 
11
unprofessional conduct for failure to give required notice.
