    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Non-Support Punishment Act is amended by

changing Section 5 as follows:

    Sec. 5. Prosecutions by State's Attorneys. A proceeding for 
8
enforcement
of this Act may be instituted and
and prosecuted by 
9
the several State's Attorneys
only upon the filing of a 
10
verified complaint by the person or persons receiving
child or

11
spousal support.
