SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant, subject to the approval of the Illinois Commerce Commission, to the West Cook Railroad Relocation and Development Authority for all costs associated with the 25th Avenue grade separation. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $200,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant, subject to the approval of the Illinois Commerce Commission, to the West Cook Railroad Relocation and Development Authority for all costs associated with the 25th Avenue grade separation.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
