SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
    Authorizes the State to release easements for highway purposes in LaSalle County, Henry County, Logan County, Kankakee County, Montgomery County, and Schuyler County. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey various described parcels of property in Logan County, Rock Island County, and Sangamon County to the listed recipients. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning land.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $9,800 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in LaSalle
9 County, Illinois:

26     minutes 17 seconds East, 268.00 feet to a point on the west
27     existing right of way line of F.A. Route 4 (US Route 67) as
28     acquired from Bert Hartman and Mary Hartman as shown as

9     Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
10 certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title,
11 enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section
12 containing the land description of the property to be
13 transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 60 days
14 after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required
15 by the Section shall record the certified document in the
16 Recorder's Office in the county which the land is located.
 
17     Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18 becoming law.
