Appropriates $2 from the Local Tourism Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the City of Madison for establishment of a replica of the Toll Booth on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in Madison, Illinois. Effective July 1, 2005.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

   Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Local Tourism Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the City of Madison for establishment of a replica of the Toll Booth on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in Madison,   Illinois.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
