Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for an industrial park in the city of Taylorville. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of creating an industrial park in the city of Taylorville.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
