AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to any other amounts appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources for fiscal year 2005, the amount of $600,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources for the EcoWatch program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
