SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Historic Preservation Grant Fund. Appropriates $500,000 from the Historic Preservation Grant Fund to the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency for the purposes of the Historic Preservation Grant Program as provided in the Illinois Historic Preservation Act. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Historic Preservation Grant Fund for the purposes of the Historic Preservation Grant Fund.
Section 10. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Historic Preservation Grant Fund to the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency for the purposes of the Historic Preservation Grant Program as provided in the Illinois Historic Preservation Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
