Directs the Department on Aging, in collaboration with the Illinois Adult Day Services Association and the Community Care Program Advisory Committee, to conduct a rate study of the cost of providing adult day services and transportation in Illinois and to report findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and the Community Care Program Advisory Committee no later than January 1, 2006.
