Amends the Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act to reflect the Illinois Emergency Management Agency's assumption of duties assigned to the Agency's predecessor, the Department of Nuclear Safety. Effective immediately.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the Illinois Nuclear Facility Safety Act, the Spent Nuclear Fuel Act, the Illinois Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Act, the Radioactive Waste Storage Act, the Radioactive Waste Tracking and Permitting Act, the Uranium and Thorium Mill Tailings Control Act, the Laser System Act of 1997, and the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act to reflect the Illinois Emergency Management Agency's assumption of duties assigned to the Agency's predecessor, the Department of Nuclear Safety. In the Illinois Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Act, modifies the application requirements for a low-level radioactive waste transport permit to require the applicant's (i) name, address, and telephone number, (ii) contact person, (iii) radioactive materials license number and licensing agency, and (iv) a certification that the applicant will make lawful and suitable arrangements for the final disposition of the waste or retrieve and reclaim physical possession of the waste in the event final disposition or storage has not been arranged. Effective immediately.
