Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Good Samaritan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the legislative purpose.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Good Samaritan Act. Limits the liability of a person who is currently certified by the National Safety Council and who in good faith provides first aid without fee. Effective immediately.
