Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Task Force on Municipal Pre-Annexation Agreements for the purpose of studying the enforcement of municipal zoning ordinances in unincorporated areas that are subject to pre-annexation agreements.

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that 2 members of the task force shall be appointed from a statewide association that represents municipalities (instead of an association that represents municipalities); 2 members of the task force shall be appointed from an association that represents growing counties (instead of an association that represents counties); one member of the task force shall be appointed from a statewide association that represents homebuilders (instead of an association that represents homebuilders); and one member of the task force shall be appointed by a statewide association that represents the Illinois legal community (instead of an association that represents the Illinois legal community).
