Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the "Task Force on Re-enrolling Students Who Dropped Out Of School" in order to examine and develop ways to address the growing issue of students who left school before earning a high school diploma.

Adds one member representing the Govenor's office and 13 (instead of 8) members representing the public to the Task Force.

House Amendment No. 2
Provides that the State Board of Education is responsible for facilitating the Task Force.
