Encourages the General Assembly to fully fund public summer school programs for the summer of 2005.

	Fiscal Note (Ill. State Board of Education)
	The Summer Bridges Program has had level state funding over the last three years at $22,238,100. Other summer school programs that exist may be run through local or Title I funds, but the Illinois State Board of Education does not have the ability to separate out the data necessary to provide a dollar figure to fully fund these programs.
