Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934 if and only if Senate Bill 2454 of the 94th General Assembly becomes law. Removes the provision that allows alcoholic liquors to be sold at retail at facilities, properties, and buildings under the jurisdiction of the Historic Sites and Preservation Division of the Historic Preservation Agency or the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. Effective immediately or on the effective date of Senate Bill 2454 of the 94th General Assembly, whichever is later.
