Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Prohibits the Department of Revenue from printing an individual's social security number on any tax return form, payment voucher, or other document that is transmitted through the United States mail. Effective immediately.
